Today we made a journey up to Cypress for the 1st Annual Layla Grace 5K. If you aren't familiar with the Layla Grace Children's Cancer Research Foundation, check it out. It was a great morning but really windy!! Ladybug had a great time cheering on the runners. Official times to follow but Tim made it to the finish line before the veteran marathoner(2011 & 2010).

Tim's official time ~ 28:03...he placed 3rd in his age group (26-33)
Leroy's offical time ~ 29:19...he placed 1st in his age group (58-99 & yes, there were 2 others in this group)
