No More 'Bucket'!
Well, Addison is growing so fast! We have noticed that her car seat is getting a little snug and I have been procrastinating looking up the height/weight restrictions. I finally looked and Bug has become to tall for the infant car seat we have! We upgraded her to all Big Bug stuff and she is sooo excited she doesn't have to sit in the Bucket anymore!! We called her old car seat the Bucket :)
New mom's beware!! The converter car seat is a scam! They are designed for SUV and Mini-Van Mom's! If you drive anything with sports suspension and you enjoy driving with your seat comfortably reclined so you are not killed by the airbag coming out of the steering wheel, it's time to change your ways! The bigger car seat can't recline without a huge seat adjustment! Ladybug has truly affected every aspect of our lives now :)
Here is some pics and videos of the Ladybug growing up too fast :)

"You'll Shoot Your Eye Out"
Have you ever seen the movie "A Christmas Story"? Remember when Ralphies little brother, Randy, was getting dressed for school in his snow suit?? Grammy Lita must have known it was going to snow this year, she bought one for Addison before she was even born :)
SNOW!!
We were sceptical about all this talk about snow for today. We figured if hurricane season is over they have to find something to talk about.

Poor Anna is scared of the snow, she has never liked the cold and this just topped things off. TMI...Poor thing hasn't pooped all day because she won't walk on the snow :(
Here are some pics from this morning around 11am. It was really coming down.
Just getting started...What's the floaty white stuff floating around???
Now we are talking snow!
What happened to the plants??

Happy Thanksgiving!
Ladybug celebrated her first Thanksgiving! Grammy Lita, Grandpa Frank and Leroy, Grandma and Aunt Leslie all came for Bugs First Thanksgiving. Ladybug ate marshmallows, real carrots and all kinds of fun stuff! We had her in a cute little Thanksgiving day outfit before everyone came and you guessed it, she throw up her sweet potato lunch all over it! Outfit number two wasn't so Thanksgiving'ish but what can you do? She did manage to get a few pics in the bib Auntie Ann got her. Happy Thanksgiving everybody!
If you look closely you can see my two teeth!

Getting Better!
All Ladybug wants to do is crawl!! She is getting much better at it each day. We have one problem though. Anna's favorite toy is "blue", you will see it in the video. Addison wants it to be her favorite toy too. She will crawl all over to get it. Anna has learned this and will drop it in front of her knowing that we will pick it up and take it away from Addison by throwing it. Clever little boxer isn't she??

The Ladybug Crawl
After a month of rocking and scooting around on the floor it finally pays off!
Tonight Tim and I were messing with the computer, Addison was on the floor below us and sure enough it happened. Addison finally figured out the forward movement of crawling. She was in hot pursuit of the blinking lights on the router box. Of course we had to see if she would do it again for the camera. So after 30 minutes of waiting and baiting her with all her favorites (cell phone, phone, cords and paper) we got a few snip-its of the action.
She still need practice with the balance part on her little caboose but it is so exciting see her go!

The Laugh
Addison loves chasing Anna and Walter around the house. The laugh she does is to funny. And yes, that is the best movie ever made on the TV...Urban Cowboy.
Chatin'
A fun video of Addison jumping in her activity center. She kept looking over her shoulder like something was there. It was cute.

Little Miss Drama!
Well, Addison has been a handful to say the least. We have another little sharp bump that has appeared. This is #2. Addison has managed to let this affect her nap schedule and bedtime. Her gums are really sensitive. She puts a toy or something in her mouth and she just starts crying when she bits down. Here is some of little Miss Drama...Drool anyone?

Trick or Treat
Ladybug played a trick on us, no nap time on Halloween equals the wonderful treat of a moody Ladybug. Literally. We had fun, we trick or treated to a neighbor of ours. We only had a handful of kids come by, more than last year's 3 kids at least..JPG)
Leroy and Grandma were out of town on Halloween but Leroy brought a Halloween treat by earlier this week! She cried at first but now she loves it...her first balloon..JPG)

Just Like Auntie Ann...
We were out shopping yesterday and found Addison some great knock offs of Auntie Ann's red Stuart Weitzman shoes. Not exactly the same design but close enough. We had to buy them. Ours were a lot less expensive then Auntie Ann's...

6 Month Check-Up
We went for Ladybug's 6 month check-up this morning! How fun!! We still love that tissue paper they put over the cushions! All is well, the stats follow...anyone know where the long baby gene comes from?
We are well on our way eating fruits and cereal in the morning and veggies and cereal at night with a bottle to top it off of course. She loves to talk, she is really making a change in the way she says things, lots of "tha", "da", "ba", "na", "ma". She is rolling over (all directions) and sitting all by herself. Her new thing just this weekend is getting up on all fours and rocking. I don't think I'm ready for this part yet or the part that usually follows...
Height: 28 inches (>95%)

The Great Pumpkin...
We met the Wisbrock's for lunch at Chuy's today and then went to the pumpkin patch for what we thought would be a fun photo op. Things could have gone better. Addison was scared of the pumpkins and to top it off cranky tired. Annette was too funny, she is a free spirit when it comes to posing for pictures. Both of them were adorable.

My outfit for picking pumpkins

This isn't so bad...
Auntie Ann and Jonathan met us too! At least we all left with pumpkins and some cute pics.
