Grandma and Leroy came over on Saturday with present for Dad and to watch Ladybug while we had a night out! Thanks again Grandma and Leroy! Happy Birthday Dad!

(Note: If you are planning on going to the zoo any time prior to the new exhibit opening in December, be aware you will not see giraffes. Our big disappointment for the day was only being able to see the giraffes head through a construction fence. We were sad Bug didn't get to see her giraffes. We will be there in December with bells on!)

The Carousel didn't go so well this time. She didn't want to sit; she just wanted to be held.

It took a minute for her to warm up to the idea but she caught on so well we had to leave. She wasn't petting 'nice' anymore. Not bad though for her first petting zoo experience.

I can't get over how big she is!!!! She is so cute! Hope to see you guys soon, like before she is driving. :) We will have to have you out once we move and get all settled in sometime in November/December.
Oh, and Happy Belated Birthday to Tim! Glad it was a good one! Can't beat a family zoo trip and ice cream.
