Happy New Year!!

Tim and I had a night out on the town New Years Eve so Bug had a sleep over at Grandma and Leroy's house.  Then, New Years Day we had everyone over to celebrate Grandma and Leroy's birthdays and the New Year!

Oh Christmas Tree...

Tim and I always go BIG when it comes to our Christmas Tree.  This year took the cake.  We were about a 1/2 inch shy of our 12 foot ceiling.  Love it!!  Just makes the removal process difficult...

 We still had water in the stand so we had to start cutting!

Tim and Bug counted 6 rings for this one! 

 Ended up cutting it into 3 pieces to get it out of the house.

Bug used to love walking to get the mail with us but now when you ask her to walk to the mailbox her response is, "no, it's too far, I need to drive".  Too funny!  Here are a few pics of Leroy trying to teach her to steer, definitely a challenge.

On the day after Christmas we went to Leroy and Grandma's for Christmas!

Christmas Eve Morning

On Christmas Eve Morning, Grammy came to make cookies with us!  Bug found a new love...cookie dough.

 We lost the recipe about half way through, Bug placed it on her "fridge" so we could find it :)
